    12 violations? What are they for?

    Are you W-2 or 1099?

    When you finally quit, do you think your employer will voluntarily pay you your final paycheck in full?

    Contrary to the advice of others, I would not drive illegal hours. You have to protect your CDL.

    all 12 violations was HOS, early on I just did what they told me, but after the last Violation I stopped, 95% of my loads was late because dispatch just didn't give me enough time to get there. "to debunk the comments I knows coming, NO I don't stop at every truck stop and casino. I typically drive 4 hours before stopping to drain." Then they started to park me when I was late and not pay me layover. I explained what's going on to the new boss, He will hold the seat for me. But I agree with you oldtrucker, MY CDL is worth more to me then making a greedy company happy.

    It does doesn't it.they only require a seven day notice I think then they'll pay for your transportation home.

    Does it say I'm a female in my profile, why does most people think I'm a woman, I was born with a outie and I do not subscribe to this trans-gender non-sence. as far as your other commit I was looking for real help and or answers, I guess the truckers report isn't the place for that.

    doesn't look like this company will be getting you home anytime soon if they even plan to.so I would clean truck out once you get to terminal and head home.

    Drive back to the terminal and hand them the keys and as other have said take pictures of the inside of the truck as you leave it as well as the outside of the truck.
