Maybe one day they reopen it , If they still own it, my guess is, if the economy rebounds strongly , it's their intentions to then level it , and build a state of the art complex. I'd Imagine the Chi-hts terminal isn't a state of the art , but maybe I'm wrong. Never laid eyes on it. Not that I couldn't , My parents and family are all between Tinley and Matteson. My daughter live just 7 or 8 min's from there in Lansing.

I don't think they can do anything with the land, I heard it was contaminated or something like that.... I read it somewhere on the internet...

I live about 4 miles from the Heights location...

Your family lives in my neck of the woods...

Not a year. I have a couple of companies interested in me where I can do dedicated or regional after training. If ABF is union then I'm not interested.

If you can get in there , I highly suggest not passing it up , in 6 months running for ABF you could make more than a lot of low end drivers out here make easily in a yr., I kid you not.

It's not that great, it's decent though, at least here in St Louis. Was offered a full time job as a city driver and turned it down. Make more hauling fuel, with the same exact benefits but actually have paid vacation time, and I'm not doing laborious back breaking work.

No you just have to drive 80 to get the unrealistic work load done. If not more power to ya, as 19 out of 20 fuel hauler are streaks going by us 68mph trucks.
