Depends on the OPCo, we're a Union Barn and make a fair bit more than that. PFG is more a collection of regional distributors than a national company.

There's a guy who used to work for the beer company I worked for I would run into him sometime down on Storer Ave back when I ran side loader's and he went over to GFS worked for Gordon's for 10 months couldn't get the hand held system at Gordon's and didn't like all the side door freezer and he switched over to Lipari said he likes Lipari very much. Says the pays good and it is a lot of grocery stores/ convenient stores. I know Lipari is like Sherwood Foods and doesn't do a ton of actual restaurant-restaurants. I guess Sherwood used to do a lot more restaurants and stuff and they did KFC after Pepsi Food Service was disbanded and before McLane took over and became what is the modern day equivalent of Pepsi Food Service. Any of you guys around from the greatest decade ever that's right the 1990s
and remember seeing the Pepsi Food Service trucks? I know I remember seeing them out on the road.

I don't know, it's prolly got a clutch pedal.
I used to run into a GFS driver back in there now and then. If he was there, he was having a bad day, because he was a couple hours late. Usually because his load was late. If I had a big delivery, I would help him, and if not I would park out of the way and walk. We got along pretty well. If he was in the truck stacking up his carts when I went up the elevator, I would send it back down for him, and he would do the same. Really nice guy.Mike2633 Thanks this. -

Got my truck washed today I went out and did it gosh did it need it. It had been through the drive through wash at the warehouse a couple times, but the drive through can't do as good as I can and all the drive through does is knock the lose dirt off. Popped the hood and sprayed down the engine compartment too. Good gravy there must have been a half a foot of salt and road grime on the gearbox and steering wheel shaft.
