Sleep Apnea

we use Concentra here in Charlotte,NC and they don't measure necks or ask questions about sleep.

do the companies maybe specify that parameters for testing or how strict?

 

all you have to do is go to YOUR FAMILY DR have them write you a note saying you do not need the sleep study take that to the dot examiner and they HAVE to give you your card! end of discussion ! period no if and or buts....

 

While that is true, the DOT guy can demand proof. Had a buddy do a home sleep study that came back as no apnea. He has to go do the full blown sleep diag center for an overnight observance and get a diagnoses of not needing a cpap before the DOT guy would write out a med card for him.
