Will a U-turn suspend??

Making a U turn in one of these vehicles is a great way to catch a negligent homicide case. What if you can't finish making your U-Turn and you get stuck; meanwhile, someone drives under your trailer ( that's now blocking all oncoming lanes) and that driver suffers a fatality? That's your fault driver, prison for sure. Just make it a policy to never make them, you are risking lives. Even your own life man, you'll go to prison if someone hurts themselves driving into your trailer... a lesson learned the hard way.

 

No deal with a prosecutor is final until the judge signs off. The two sides can work for months to come to an agreement but it the judge doesn't like it there's no deal.

In this situation the judge looked at what you (allegedly) did and flipped his powedered wig. Get your lawyer at work and try and find the best way out of where you're at. Hint it's not a upturn on an interstate.

I might sound harsh, but if for 1 milliseconds you tought that making a u-turn on the interstate is somehow an acceptable maneuver...you should forget trucking.

Don't get me wrong i am no saint and i have done stupid things in my life, but u-turn on the interstate....
