I have an interview on Monday for a relief driver full time position class a license. Covering call out, sick call, vacations. When your not covering others, what do you do? Is this 40 + hours per week. Pay is $22.35 per hour, very good in my area. I also use to work for PBG about 9 years ago as a merchandiser. Will my chances be better, especially how I have experience building displays, stocking coolers and everything else they described?

What does the road test consist of? I'm a new driver who has recently got my class a license a few weeks ago.
Thanks, any advice would be greatly appreciated. -
Yes, your merchandising history will help you get the job. You know the products. That's a HUGE advantage.
As far as the road test- that's different at every plant. PepsiCo is getting pretty serious about their road tests. I can tell you one of the plants in a major city had a serious accident and changed their road test. It's now way more difficult than the test you take at DMV. I can also tell you that another plant I know of basically has no road test. Drive around the block and you're good.
All depends on your area. Same thing with the payBigez22 Thanks this. -
Went to my interview Yesterday (Monday). How long does it typically take to hear from Pepsi about the next step in the hiring process.
-
The road test that Pepsi makes you do, what exactly does it consist of?
-
Thanks in advance.

It's different everywhere. Some places it's tough, other places it's cake. Just be prepared for anything.
