Pedigreed Bulldog, with all due respect, this is a Walmart truck driver forum, not a store associate forum. Most of us have no idea what pay or benefits are being offered to store or DC associates. When you complain about what your wife if being offered as a store associate, how does this benefit those who come here to discuss working as a truck driver for the Walmart Private Fleet? It doesn't!

Walmart has an online forum for associates to discuss these issues. Go log-in at walmartone.com. Since your wife is an associate, use her log-in credentials to access certain parts of the site. I am sure there may be similar forums out here as well, though I have never needed to seek one out. Myself and others here really can't comment on changes to benefits store/DC associates are receiving now or in the future because we generally don't have any handbook discussing such benefits, only those offered specifically to us truck drivers.

Each page of the book addresses different things. I think there is some reading between the lines, and applying what is on page 6 to what is on page 5.

On top of that, what does this have to do with the drivers. It is obvious that his wife is not a Walmart Private Fleet driver, and neither is he. Thus, we can neither confirm nor deny what her book says................. which still has nothing to do with the drivers. If it is unfair to the store workers, then let them bring it to the attention of others. Heresay and innuendo does not truth make.

Let's get back to talking about things we know little about. As according to our HR person, the details of the plan aren't finalized yet.

In California we can get up to 28 days. 21 PTO days, 4 safety days, and 3 state mandated sick days at full adp.

He's figuring the way we get paid for PTO time, not your DOT hours.

This was brought up in the other thread today. Wondering how this is working out now that it has been in place for a little while? Would love to hear from both sides, newer and drivers with more seniority.
