For the job. Been applying to the ones around me for the last 2 years, decided to apply to all and got the call from Porterville, Ca. I'm originally from Cali so I still have lots of family out there.

 

Gotcha, yeah i'm going to be running out of Opelousas, LA. which is 2 hours away. Really wanted Robert, LA. Which is only 20 mins. away but no available spots. Hoping maybe to transfer there in a year unless i wind up happy where i'm at.

 

My closest is New Albany, Ms, but they are a grocery dc and only have 15 Walmart drivers. The next closest is Searcy, Ar. I'm hoping to transfer there or stay put if I like Portersville. I use to work for Dupre and did my orientation in Opelousus.

 

Some of these blue hairs should be retiring... put your time in, get on the transfer list. Could be a long wait or short..

 

If you consider you have only been here for 6 weeks, an ADP of $300 is actually good. If you eliminate the week of orientation, which would have been your lowest week of pay, your ADP is actually about $337, which projects out to over $87K. Not bad at all and will likely only go higher as your rate of pay increases and quarterly safety bonuses are earned.

 

Can anyone tell me what it means to have "application recieved " as job submission status? I had under consideration for about two months, now I have this. It's been on there for about 3 weeks.
