Nothing to be nervous about, all is good. This will actually be the "toughest" week due to all the info they will pump in to you. I hardly remember much but it all boils down to one thing, you're still a truck driver. Plan ad simple, do your job safely, and things will be fine.

Well started cleaning out my truck today it's hard to believe how much crap you have in your truck after 3 years in it. 13 days till orientation.

Now you need to learn to be a slip seater! Figure out a good strategy to jump out of a truck in 5-10 mins. One big bag for clothes, medium cooler and tool box along with a small bag for shower stuff. Should be good for the week. I also use a plastic tote for bedding and briefcase with my paperwork I'll need.

Just be a sponge. Your mentor will help with the on the job part next week. Glad that I was able to stop in and say Hi Rick! Not often that I get over here and do that. Tomorrow should be interesting since its Mardi Gras. Made it to Jennings for the night but I will be rolling early. Should be at 48 by just after 6. Shower, fuel and coffee!
