Well after 18 months I had to let CE go. Miles were shrinking and got stuck with a DM that couldn't remember a thing neither he said nor was was said to him, even if it was sent on the Qualcomm.

Dedicated teams make good money there. OTR Teams, very little. The new account out of TX to UT sounds like a winner. Not a horrible company to work for if you're dedicated Team, they'll run the heck out of you without all the BS us OTR's get/got.

 

Had orginaly said a whole lot more than what I posted. Went back and edited it down to what it is now.

That is the short, polite version. Best I could do. There was soooo much more I wanted to say. However, it wouldnt have served any real purpose in the end.

 

They do have good potential and it is sad that they turn a blind eye and ear to everything. Their Freight Master is their biggest problem. He refuse to adapt to the new way of Trucking. Openly hate ELD Drivers and continues to dispatch based on old school ways. But the Owner has some twisted sence of loyally to him and wont make him leave. Every DM out there that I spoke to agrees with me, but as they answer to him, cant do anything about it.

Get rid of the FM and promote the CSR to his position and I think it would get a little better?
