How it can be that car haulers average salary is less than fast food chain worker in NYC.
Where this bureau gets this figures? or how they rely on driver interviews. Most of the drivers are supposed to hide their income if interviewed by some bureau or semi-government agency (if it is not IRS)
so what's going on?

where average earning numbers are coming from?

You can apply voodoo math to anything and get the result you're looking for
canadianredneck, americanmadetrucker and Canned Spam Thank this. -
I think you're looking at the wrong category. Manufacturing transport is the one to look at. And that number is low. Any carhauler worth a spit can double that $50K.
canadianredneck Thanks this. -
I've never heard of any auto transporter making less than 60k and that was with a bunch of home time. Idk who the hell in their right mind would do this job for less than a dry van driver
canadianredneck and tech10171968 Thank this. -
The labor board does it all the time as per the current administration. Oops, I guess we're not to know that. I've been told I'm a trucker and considered low information. Lol
-
my drivers make close to 100k annually with 2 full days each week home
-
meant 2 full days off weekly

Who y'all drive for
-
Terry270 your drivers make only 100k. That really sucks you must really pinch off the top. Figures... 100k two days off a week yeah right we know you are full of #### now....

I don't have drivers. Came close to hiring a few but when I meet them and they talk and act like well, you, I realize it's not worth the stress dealing with a moron everyday.
