Have you checked the vent tubes to see if they pass air easily?

    seth Pivarnik Thanks this.

I need to clarify to that I don't get full power every time I have full tanks usually about but I've never had full power with tanks under half. I usually do lose full power regardless of fuel amount once the truck is empty. It's seems like when I can keep pressure up I lose power

@wore out can confirm but I don't believe those are vented caps, but maybe they are since there is no other vents.

Don't look like vented caps to me either.

Could be on to something here .
Makes sence if he says it pulls good after he just fills up.
Maybe I missed it but has anybody said if his suction line is new or not??

Well maybe it's just the pic but those lines don't look to new to me.

If It was me I would install a vent in each tank along with a fresh suction line.

Only because of what you said about it running good with full tanks .

I'm not sure how new it is but its not the original but it could still be a problem. So I'll plan on gettin a new suction line and vents installed. What's the best way to run the vent lines? Just let them hang down the side of the tank on the side closest to the frame rail? And just come out of the tank with a 90 fitting i assume?
