08 Prostar Electrical problems again!

To the OP, they misdiagnosed your truck and stole your money. Gather your documentation and file a small claims suit against the shop. You cannot let these guys get away with this crap. Too many shops throw parts at problems and do not know what they are doing. They do not care because they get paid and rarely are called out for it. They also have an incentive to misdiagnose because they know you will be back to throw more money at it. Like HD was saying, when it comes to electrical problems take it to a dealer. They have the proper techs and equipment and deeper pockets if you have to sue.

 

As sue happy as you sound you must be from California . If you are please pack up and leave my Texas the way it is .

He did take his truck to the dealer and you would know this if you could read . You might have also noticed this was a year and a half ago .

 

Not in the same ballpark . Or the same galaxy . Or the same universe . Or the same timeline. Or the same plane of existence .

Other than that pretty close .

Another thread like this was made a while back and on my old prostar i was getting same type of crap ontop of losing power after the truck started beeping. After thousands of dollars in parts ended up being the wiring harness

 

"Sue happy"? I don't let anyone rip me off therefore something is wrong with me? The courts are there for a reason. It's people like you who allow shops to get away with this crap. I am also guessing based on your attitude in other posts you are an anti-social troll. If you are willing to let your money get flushed down the toilet that's your business. I will protect myself and encourage others to do the same. Don't like it, too bad.
