I've used those rachet binders a couple of times and didn't like them. When I was hauling military vehicles, they came in handy, other wise I "Personally" had no use for them. For the materials I haul on regular basis, the snap binder's work easier and quicker for me. I understand your point though, they do come in handy at times.

I have had my Lebus for thirty years plus and still work flawless. I have use also some other brands that I can't remember due to the load being loaded already secured and used them for the rest of the day. THEY WERE JUNK.

Lebus is made by Crosby, they do things right.

Boy they are proud of them though. $150 for a ratchet binder? 115 for a snap binder?

I found one place that was $95 for the snap binders, but I agree. That's a lot of money to lay out. I was planning on buying four more in the spring..... time to start saving.

I got to try them out today. I'm happy with them. Two short cheater chains and snap binders up front, used these on the back with one long chain. Quick and simple.
MJ1657 Thanks this.
