Wow! 10K lost? I wonder how much SNI is making on drivers that fail or bail? It's gotta be an incredible number. No wonder why they raised the down payment.

Yep, but that money was nothing compared to the money being lost due to time in the shop. Add all the time together, that t680 spent around 2 1/2 months in the shop in one year's timeframe. Plus a misdiagnosis where I ended up getting charged a total of almost 4500.00 between the initial misdiagnosis where they charged me for something that ended up being something totally different (and 100% warranty), and the 2nd shop that fixed what the firs shop screwed up, costing me close to 1000.00 at that point (repairs I didn't authorize, yet the dealer was able to charge to my reference number anyway because that is the deal they have between PACCAR and Schneider.
Engine light on from the first week I had the truck, engine light still on when i turned the truck in. Nobody ever fixed it, in 9 trips to the dealer. -
Are you with SNI?
-
Yes. I had a seemless transition from their truck, to my new truck. Dropped off the lease purchase truck in Charlotte, rented a car to Tennessee to pick up my new Glider, and bobtailed back to Charlotte so Lawrence could put the qualcomm in it and letter it while I signed the updated lease paperwork.
Less than 3 days of downtime total.againstthewind Thanks this. -
