I'm reading threads about "running hard" and don't know how it's possible to do that without needing to take a break for 10 mins or so and to take a piss. Do these people not drink anything while driving?
How do you guys drive over 200 miles without a break?

You get used to it, 200 miles is nothing. Yes, liquid intake has to be managed as well, coffee will make you go more often, etc
Highway Sailor, KB3MMX, Grijon and 6 others Thank this. -
You don't drink your drink. You sip it. Chug it or take big gulps and your bladder requires more frequent stops.......as well as once you get older you require more frequent stops just as a consequence of getting older lol
I generally go around 250 and stop for a few minutes just to stretch my legs, get the blood flowing again, bathroom if necessary and do a walk around and just check things over.
I've done 400 easy without stopping if time constraints require it but that's the exception not the rule. It's better on your body to stop every couple hours and do a little moving around.brian991219, rocknroll81, Highway Sailor and 11 others Thank this. -
