Why because someone points out you are wrong?
    Talk about an attitude.

They have a lot of info here which covers what you might expect going thru training. It takes a while to read it but it has some valuable info for a complete newb. I am a company 2 plus years, very happy I think they are very fair, they get a bad rep because people go lease and fail.

Man, you ask a simple question and everyone just wants to give you hell. I think 90% of these companies are the same with only slight differences. The one advantage that KLLM has is that you can lease a truck right away and give it back anytime you want. You're not stuck if you don't like the lease. Prime has a good lease also but slightly different. New "company" drivers for either company will bring home around 6-700 on a good week but you'll have fewer headaches.

Prime you bring home 700 in training...if you're available to run and got a half way decent work ethic, ie not lazy....you can pull 900-1000 fairly easily and consistently.

I agree, 1000 a week is not hard. I've had a few weeks of 1400 but I'm on a very laid back dedicated account with no night driving and 34 restart every weekend.

If you looking to be trained properly Inwould recommend Prime if you don't have a cdl. You can go to their truck school and it's free if you work for them 1 year. Their PSD trainers earn their $ via bonuses for you passing your skills test with the least amount of retries. This basically requires them to teach you how to back up a truck and drive since their goal isn't actual miles. After getting your CDL, if you lucky, you will have same trainer for TNT training and run much harder. Neither is perfect like any other set up but I've come across drivers from both companies who struggled to back into a parking spot. Those normal attended a truck school outside Prime. Not many companies will take the time to train you do drive the truck properly without focusing on miles at the beginning of you use them to get a CDL. Their main terminal is across the street in from MO Department of Transportation so things aren't as loose as it was when I got my CDL via CR England.
