What freaks me out is how close they get those cars bumper to bumper. I saw a guy last week an he had a truck load of hellcats on his trailer an they were bumper to bumper with maybe 3 inches of space in between bumpers.
    How do you master that?
I'm pretty sure a couple guys had to dent a few bumpers up to find out lol!!

As far as stages for pay, all terminals pay either .60 or .64 cpm. You get that from the start. The only way to make more is by being above average. You get a score card each quarter which is on a 1-5 scale. It goes by your car count, mileage, and damages mainly. An average score is a 3. If you score a 4 for the yearly combined score then you get an additional 2cmp for all miles the following year. If you score a 5 then you get .4cmp for all miles the following year. If you score a 5 for 2 or more years in a row then you get an additional 6cpm for all miles the following year

It comes with time. Once you learn the different vehicles then you have load indicators on your trailer. It can be a hole, a post or almost anything. It's just something that you use to look at to know where to stop that particular vehicle

Imagine getting out of the car 4 times to make sure you haven't tapped the bumper in front of it ...all while being 10 ft in the air

Haha your not 10' in the air. They lower down to load and on the top decks you load one then can raise it up out of the way before loading the next if it's a highrail

How exspensive Is the health insurance for a 3 member family.Who is the Health Insurance provider USAL uses. When you pick up a load do they give you plenty of time to get it there. Can you deliver earlier than the scheduled arrival date. When your truck is scheduled for maintenance do they put you in a motel or do you get another truck and keep rolling

So if you get these 4 and 5 scores and move up to .71CPM.If you have a year that you get a 3 score,do you go back to .60 CPM

Orlando...Yea training was good, they show you the basics. No reason once I learn the truck that I shouldn't be making atleast 80k or more a year.
