New Love's to be built.

I have a friend who is still a company driver local and they have him fuel at Pilot. I get my discounts at small stops that often don't have showers. We trade points cards every month. Deal is he gets to spend all the points and I get to use the shower power program. Works out well.

 

Just for everyone's information there will be a new Love's in Hawthorne, Florida on Route 301. They are in the process now of constructing it. This will help when running off the major interstates.

New Love's in Union City, OK, as well as Guthrie, OK, I-35 exit 157 I think. Also one under construction across from the new Pilot on the east side of Enid, OK on hwy 412.

More parking is always good, but some of those old Love's stores' parking lots are just too small. I avoid them.

 

there's a new love's opening in Nowata ok on hwy. 169. an their suppose to build one 70 miles north of there in Chanute ks. on hwy. 169

 

Still waiting for them to finish the new Loves off 90 in NY just west of the Mass line.

If you get the shower on the kiosk you don't need the card just the number.
There's a button that takes you to another screen where you just type the number.
Think it says card won't swipe.

 

New Loves being built in Plymouth, IN. Looks like tiny lot, but hey, another30 parking spots aren't bad.

TA has long expanded by buying truckstops. It started when they bought 76 Auto/Truck Stop in the late 90s, then Burns Bros, which were both branded as TA, then they bought Petro, but kept them branded as Petro.

In last 3 to 4 years I know of 3 truckstops they bought. Some closed rinky dink in Brooklyn, IA, Gas City in Gary, IN, which they knocked down and made it a Petro, and Columbia, Sc. Supposedly they're building a Petro in Southern IL, and they bought Quaker Steak & Lube.

 

I've thought of another, Battle Creek, MI.
