Was it easy to pass the test at Jackson and if so how many times did it take you

There is another school that's a little cheaper like $3500,00 for three week course 180hrs. Georgia Driving Academy. Two locations one in Conyers,GA and Columbus.They will,well we will make sure you get your class A. It's not easy to cram all that knowledge in that amount of time we understand that. Basically your being trained to pass the state test.like he said the real deal is after you obtain ur A's Almost the same program as one posted above. I'm a instructor at Conyers location I was also a DDS state cdl examiner at the between GA, site. Stop in they the recruiter will help you with the whole process and get the ball rolling. Also have job placement to help you get started. You choose who you want to drive for. Wish ya the best.

 

How long did it take for you to get hired on to a company after you completed TDI?

 

You should start submitting online job applications during the first week of cdl school. Submit as many as you want then choose the job offer you like best. There's dozens of companies to choose from . I'll list some for you and they all hire new cdl grads. Some websites have "experience required" so just ignore that because they do hire new grads with no experience.

Recruiters going to cdl schools usually push jobs no one wants. They claim the jobs are great, but they don't explain that if they're so great, why do they have to recruit so hard at cdl schools. Some of those jobs you spend most of your time unloading the truck, not driving. Dollar General account is one of those where recruiters are constantly trying to find drivers to replace their drivers that quit.
You will need original social security card (not laminated) and original birth certificate.
