I've been thinking about them myself, if you don't have up front cash or credit, good way to go. If new truck, I believe your looking at close to 700 a week for 7 years, last I read. I know there was a balloon payment, but may have been changed. There is a 5 yr,500,000 mile warranty on new. Used trucks are a little cheaper, but only a 30 day warranty. And I would avoid the indy location, complete madhouse. The Dallas location has a fairly big selection from what I saw driving by it.

Biggest thing is to find a good co. To use. Most only pay around 1.00 a mile, some pay 74 - 75%. Just really have to search.

  Quality is crooked as the letter S. I leased through them for a year and some change with forward air all was fine. I wanted to change companies to get better home time with Cardinal. I needed to get the A/C fixed so i sat a little longer than expected but i kept in contact with them to keep them and informed Bre the (person in payments) that i would be up that following Wednesday to sign the new contract and she said that would be fine and she would notify the account manager Steve Dix. Well that was a lie because not even 2 days later they repoed my truck from Cardinals yard without any notice. So once i found what actually happened and drove up to Indianapolis only to find out that ALL my valuables were stolen by shady repo men (so they say). Tools, power inverters, tv & dvd player, movies EVERYTHING. I was devastated not only did you show any interest in me as a client but just said F you as a person. They will never get any of my business ever or anyone i know!!!

 

Does anyone know how much the driver fee is?

 

2000 I think. Between the driver and company fee I Think the total is 5000

 

Now I will agree quality sucks, and I personally no 3 guys who they screwed over. (Mostly due to the ####ty deal) But something about this story doesn't ring complete. How long was it since last payment and repo? Who was supposed to be actually making the payment.

I'm not sure, but I know that quality doesn't have many partner carriers anymore. Due to something quality started to do, I talked to Jones Motors and they told me due to policy change at quality they no longer feel its in the best interest to send drivers there, because they are making it more difficult for drivers to make money. So take that as you will. I know greatwide, Mercer no longer do business with them. And last time i checked they really only had a few carriers left.
