Sorry for late response. It's not worth it. Complete waste of time. Benefits are horrid. Retirement plan is a complete joke.

I agree. I worked there in Atl for 8 months. Complete waste of time. A bunch of amateurs in charge

I have been with them for 4 years and this used to be a good place to work up until the beginning of 2016 when they change our pay from piece work to hourly. New drivers now start at a pathetic $17.00 and hr plus time and a half after 8hrs of work. And what ticks me off is that they put me at 18 an hour. I am now in the process of looking for another job and I would not recommend this company to anyone right now. They have drive cameras on every truck including yard hustler and mechanics that record outside and inside the cab. They are also getting a lot of automatic trucks to replace the older ones. Management does not respect their drivers and they currently have a very high turn over amongst truck drivers. As soon as a better opportunity pops up I will be out of this place. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

New drivers get $17 an hour, you're getting $18 an hour AND you get time and a half overtime, and you're complaining? Most hourly paid drivers (except union) get straight time for ALL hours worked. You are one of the lucky rare few to get that kind of treatment.
Unbelievable...Frank909! Thanks this. -
17-18 bucks a hour is a crap wage for Southern California. It's a struggle finding a local job out here that pays decent. I had to rethink my whole strategy. Researched what paid decent. Then trained on that certain type of truck. But just being a dock bumper, you'll be hard pressed finding anything that pays a respectable wage. And by that I mean not having to kill your self for 70 hours a week just to make a decent paycheck.

Estenson is a logistics company. Home Depot is one of their bigger accounts.Like other companies in the field (Penske, Ryder, Ruan,) compensation varies with the contract. In SoCal, I expect pay is around 20 an hour, maybe 50 to 60k a year, more for hazmat.
