When will oil prices go back up

I bought some shares of SBR the first week of January. Up 20% as of Friday and it pays a nice dividend.

Oil prices will go back up in 2017, not as fast, but will steadily increase. Listened to the former CEO of Shell Oil and he said the low prices were intended to harm Russian and Iran's economy. As prices dropped, they pumped more oil to keep income off oil steady. Will be turned around in 2017. They oversupply will be shorted, oil prices will increase again, and the fracking will increase again, slowly over time. Enjoy the low prices while you can, soon they will be no more.

 

How can you make Billions and then claim to be broke?

 

I don't know what planet your from, but everything keeps getting more expensive even though oil prices are low.
