    I have a 24 inch flat screen i driving international Prostar+
I'm looking for some ideas for mounting the TV. Without having to drill a bunch of holes in the truck and I don't want to use bungee cords all ideas
    are welcome.

    simple really
take a 2X4 and cut just long enough so it will go from the bed platform (foot end) to just above the upper bunk (it will fit between the wall and the upper bunk)
cut a 2x2 or 2x3 so it will just fit between the cabinet and the back wall.... screw it to the bottom of the 2 x 4 between the mattress and the wall
do the same thing at the top of the 2x4 (just under the upper bunk) use some kind of form padding on the ends so it will not put marks on the cabinet
get a wall mount and mount it to the 2x4

it will not leave a mark in the truck and it will not move at all.... when you change trucks just lift the upper bunk and pull it out

I've had my 32 in tv mounted that way for 4 years, and all I paid for was the screws, form, and the wall mount... the 2x4 I got as scrap from home depot and they cut them for me

Two load locks cut short, pipe brackets, chunk of 3/4" plywood, and misc. screws.

Do a search on the forum, somebody did about the same thing with shower rod.

I don't have a ProStar+ but here is how I am thinking of mounting a tv. I stress "thinking" as it's still a work in progress.

I am going to make a sandwich of plywood on the top and bottom of my upper bunk. Then wrap the sandwich with straps to hold everything firmly in place. I will then have a flat surface in the top to secure some plastic drawers to the top board and then mount o 2x4 across the bottom board to which I will secure a ceiling mount tv bracket.

I am going to do something similar of the other end to mount the wife's CPAP machine when she rides with me so its up an out of the way too.

Still a work in progress but it looks and works awesome in my head... LOL

    Stay Safe,
    MD
