I resent that! My dad was sick with cancer. Before Medicare kicked in he had to get insurance. They wouldn't cover him. So obama forced them to help him. It infuriates me how people only see what they want to. And before you ask he had insurance before he got sick and they raised his rate to $4,000 a month? Could you lay that much while being sick with cancer and unable to work? It's not perfect but obama care is a huge step forward in health care. If we could have prices actually at a reasonable rate and everyone insure it should lower rates for everyone. Also vision and dental insurance doesn't even cost much. I think I pay $20/month for top of the line vision and dental insurance. You do realize that before people without insurance would wait and go to the er, then never paufor treatment. So the hospital's had to charge people more to make up for deadbeats. Everyone will need medical care at some point in their life. That's a fact. So do you want to spend $200/ month or $250,000 all at once for a double bypass? Ideally we'd go to a single payer system but that should be decided with the next election.

 

I had Facebook for about two weeks before I remembered why I haven't talked to those people in ten years. People act like I'm crazy when I tell them I don't use Facebook. Also trying to delete your account they try to guilt you into staying. Made me laugh.
