This is a very weird problem and I cannot think of a reason this would or could happen... It just doesn't make sense...
So I have a Cobra 29 Bluetooth with a 100watt amp and Echo board installed.... My co-worker has a Cobra 29 stock...
I can hear him from his radio to mine but he can't hear me on his radio, only static he says so he knows I am keying up... This is at any distance as well.... Problem is I have no issue speaking to other drivers on the road with my radio, in fact just lastnight I got a radio check and was told I was "Loud and Clear" from several drivers... Also my cb radio in my personal pickup works fine when talking to my co-worker (same one) I tried it as I was leaving work this morning and he heard me..
My SWR is at 1 and his I think he said about 2
So this is just confusing the heck out of me... I can seem to muster up an explanation.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

I'm far from an expert but maybe his receive is bad in his radio? Can he hear other drivers?
-
His radio is messed up.

Yes he can talk to other drivers that's what makes this weird.. He can here other drivers as well including my CB in my pickup truck... Only my CB in the big truck isn't being received by him.. I wonder if it's possible if my extra 100watts is doing something, maybe too much power for his radio to receive.. I really don't know I'm no CB expert or anything, I know the basics pretty much and that's about it.. I'm not electronic engineer...

Yea maybe your too close to him with 100watts, try it without the amp
brian991219 Thanks this. -
He's messing with ya?

No, cause I called him from my CB in my pickup truck and he answered back... Just the one in my tractor isn't transmitting to him. Plus he is the one trying to talk to me haha...G13Tomcat Thanks this.
