Medical Card problem

Part of the problem is I printed out the forms from dot and filled them out but when I got to the clinic they wouldn't even look at them because they do everything online. Had me sign my name on an ipad and they filled out the rest.

Anyway I have the medical and the permit so idk.

According to the recruiter its a common problem for new drivers so why not mention it before you send people out for the physical. smh

i got it sorted but that is terrible advice to tell someone to falsify a legal document
