And the fact that this poster wants to take a shower is what provokes you to tell other generations your opinions of them? Look are the points you're making going to turn intelligent anytime soon?

Yes, that is immature, short sighted, and stupid. However, it is real. Refer loads that are partly unusable due to careless driving and temp control / handling. Leaving the same "gifts" in the DC's that they leave at truck stops (disgusting beyond belief). The list just goes on and on. Those who are causing the problems will soon be happy, however, as they may get laid off because Walmart no longer uses their company. Then they can once again blame Walmart for all of their problems.noninetofive Thanks this. -
Screw Walmart.LGarrison, redoctober83 and Cat sdp Thank this. -
The trucking industry needs a lesson in people skills. No drivers are treated better, or with more respect than the Walmart Private Fleet.
BTW, what does Walmarts "people skills" have to do with this thread?? Dedicated are treated very well at the DC's. Short of being able to use the Private Fleets showers, they pretty much have everything else available to them. Now, if you have a problem with how their companies (as in Swift, England, etc) are treating the dedicated, then that is on them, and has NOTHING to do with Walmart.
Sometimes I think peoples hatred of Walmart clouds their common sense.noninetofive Thanks this. -
I was an outside contractor for Walmart for five years out of Terrell, Texas. Walmart treated me great, and my company wasn't so bad either. If my company hadn't lost the WM contract I imagine I'd still be there today.
It's been two years since I quit hauling WM freight, and I'm seriously considering applying to the private fleet if the opportunity presents itself before I buy a new truck this summer.noninetofive Thanks this. -
