So the owner wanted you to keep on driving no matter how bad it was?what do you mean he didn't need you to bring truck back?was you going to take his trk back to the terminal?anyway you did the right thing.with most companies it's all about money and nothing else.don't let that word safety fool you.

Its worse now then yrs ago as I'm seeing it.

 

im at a smaller company i have no live loads or live unloads 100 percent drop and hook

 

And when you think about all the good they taught you over the years after they've passed that's when you really miss them.

It's a shame companies are like this...when I was a company driver 15 years ago I never really had that problem, they trusted my judgment. Nowadays it's all about moving their loads. Good for you

 

yep and because of this is one of many reasons why the high turnover.companies like this deserve It too.

 

They absolutely deserve what they get.
