Its like car insurance when you are paying the car you purchase full coverage. I pefer to leave it on. General liability is just for if you hit something or something hits you it doesn't cover your vehicle. Should have paid the extra 300 bro

If not insured, nobody will pay you. Why should they ?
-
That sucks, I thought you were a troll.
I guess you can always file for bankruptcy -
I had a loan on it for just over 19k and 4 payments left on the trailer.

Can't believe that the bank didn't make you have physical damage. Just keep making the notes and they will never know......
-
No one will pay, instead I would expect you to be fired and unfortunately sued for the clean up and any other costs like for tow truck to right up the truck.
Not to beat you up about this but if you hit someone, I can tell you that your days of being a driver are ended and any future you have will have payments to someone for along time. My lawyer would take everything you own, and he's nice, so imagine one of these ambulance chasers taking everything you and your family has and may have in the future. -
That's what the liability insurance is for, don't scare him even more. His company's insurance might have to pay for clean up, but nobody will pay for the truck and trailer. He better pay those last 4 payments on the trailer and pay off the truck with savings, a credit card or just keep making payments on it. Otherwise will have to file for bankruptcy

Time to buy another truck and start working your ### off to make 2 payments. Totally sucks.
