Does not sound like an end dump, or any other open top trailer; those tend to dump their contents as soon as the list over. Secondly, driving end dump, you try not to back up raised since they are tippy; best to back up to your dump point and pull forward to reduce the chance of roll over. If you got to dump at an edge you do it slowly in stages with a end dump. And just how big of a company is running end dumps. Sound like a van to me.
Overall the post is quite evasive, and tells everyone there is more to the story. I mean we are guessing what equipment even. And just what is a "pretty good record?"

I started off driving a quad rock box but now I pull a aluminum train, one guy started and first month rolled a quad because dump pin broke, still has job. Pulling trains a guy in his first couple of months rolled train turning ( they say the dolly lock broke but I think it was speed) he still has job. In dump trucking it there will be accidents and this sounds legitimate. If you are ready to change company's just apply and let them run mvr etc and when hired you give your company a two week notice. That why if they report it your mvr etc would have already been run and they wouldn't know... I want to dump a frameless for sh+ts and giggles

My company took a chance on a student and hired him. He has been driving for a whole six weeks now. He is twenty five has been there and done that doesn't need advise from anybody. Comes in the yard two days ago manager put him in an automatic doesn't know how to shift. Jumps out of the truck doesn't set the brakes leaves the truck in drive. Ignores that very loud buzzer that goes off when you open the door and the brakes aren't set while in gear. Truck takes off down the driveway over the curb and into a powerbox. Just got a slap on the wrist and is still employed. If that was me in 97 I would have been roasted. Both of you are very lucky to still have a job
