because they had lease op's that were being said to be independent contractors and the way it was being run they were just company drivers paying fuel ins and everything but had no control over their truck own home time what they hauled and etc because by federal law there is a real fine line between employee and independent contractor

there is no forced-dispatch with owner/ops,
so this lawsuit just sounds like a bunch of whiny drivers whining about something. -

not buying that, a 1099 isn't an employee,. plus an Independent contractor (Even though you guys aren't "independent") says "contractor" right there in the job title.
you're renting company equipment thats why you have to pay for everything.
you all just want to whine about something and blame everyone else for your problems
