I have a 2006 Volvo with Isx Cummins. It is throwing codes mid 128 pid 95 fmi 0. Also throwing mid 128 pid 94 fmi 4. Truck will not start, changed cummins fuel filter on engine block, no change in performance.

Check fuel shutoff solenoid, wire came off my N14 and truck shut down driving down the road.

Does Volvo use an electric lift pump on their ISX's like Paccar does? Maybe the lift pump is shot?

Yes they do, all the isx motors have an electric pump and a gear pump. Any chance you can hook up a fuel pressure gauge while cranking? Should have over 50 to start and around 250 while running when everything's in good shape. Had this happen to an isx just last week and it was only making 40 lbs cranking and would not start. New lift pump and gear pump and all is well.

    AModelCat Thanks this.

Sensor in the radiator may be messed up. I had to top off my antifreeze on the radiator to get that sensor to allow my truck to start. I had a international 9400i that had an isx Cummins. It looked like it was full but it wasn't enough antifreeze
