    Spent three weeks outside of the NE, now I'm home again for a few days. Then I'm leaving the NE again, too few loads and too many drivers equals too much hassle...

    Time to pursue other paths of employment...

    I was kind of afraid of this with IC. When freight gets slow or there are too many drivers than IC's would only get low paying freight. As a team we have had a large number of short mile loads over the last month. If we are running short loads that means a Solo or IC is sitting.

    Would love to hear what's next.
