    In case your all wondering...That is TennMan speaking...hes been here well over a decade. Respect the man. Period.
    I completely agree with him...Schneider has to do more to not make us look as glorified company guys which I never was. In fact the 6 guys in my class in Oct 15 the 2 that are still out here Non Schneider guys...yes we bought/leased trucks from SFI...but were still in the game ....

    Ok I am going to weigh in....Safety is a given to the O/O we cant really afford to be down because of an issue. As a retired USCG Master Captain I went to work every day for decades with only one thing on my mind.....the complete safety of the passengers, the crew, and the vessel not always in that order...but all equally important. While I was required to undergo many inservices etc...that often felt petty at best I always tried to remain positive about the training. While we all know Schneider is over the top with this stuff...lets just agree we should do it. ..

    Have you ever been ASSIGNED to do one and have to call in and have it removed?

    Where did I say forced? I even stated we can sometimes get out of them after calling SNI. But for those of us who go home weekly well its a pain. But then again it's called Choice because they like for us to think we have a choice. If your happy fine again it's my complaints but that's right I'm the only one who thinks it's absurd we pick our own freight but are at the mercy of the box dispatcher.

    Maybe they should also raise an experienced drivers Insurance in case he or she has an accident.

    I've done 12 yearly driving tests and I'd be willing to bet on more occasion than not I've been told by the OSR these tests are a wast of time. A sample driving test of 1 hr out of a 3500 hr work year is ridiculous.

    Then bring those drivers in and test them re train then or fire them!

    As you say you can spot them without even giving them the driving test.

    Wait....didn't those drivers do a yearly qualifying test yet the still have issues.
    Maybe it's the Testers who have the complacent issue.

    Punish the Mass of drivers to try and we'd out the few who need the training.

    What say the quarterly training that's a joke. It's only so SNI can check off a box.

    They do have issues we all do but everybody knows when their annual driving rest is and I'd bet the majority drive different on the day they take it than they do the day before or after.
