We have annual briefing every year. Try sitting there for hours looking at death by power point. But you do learn something, that you didn't pay attention before.

My icr even stated the box planners were idiots...from my understanding upper mgt is attempting to fix the issue.

 

Sure, but bad habits are hard to break, sometimes drivers do things without even knowing it out of habit.

I appreciate that. I know I'll probably have a ton of questions as this gets rolling. I've already learned a lot from many of the frequent posters on here.
