Well he has 5 felonies 2 attempted murders when he was 18 then 3 aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, the last one being 1 yr ago and still being on papers. So yes he is very very lucky

 

How is this guy not still in prison? Our justice system let out the wrong guy IMO

 

our justice system is flawed big time.I would say this guy hasn't been out long enough that I could trust him with an expensive rig and freight.Hopefully he learned his lesson.

He shouldn't complain about Carolina Cargo policies. They'll probably hire him if he's willing to have skin in the game also. Carolina Cargo is a cake walk for an ex-con. I worked for ExpressCo which was similar in hiring policies to Carolina Cargo and those drivers didn't cry and whine. Unfortunately, the company isn't around any longer, but if it was I wouldn't hesitate to work there. Wayne Wise owned the company and also was the man that started Western Express. He was a great man to work for and I really enjoyed working for him. Several drivers there that did long hard years in Brushy Mountain Prison in Tennessee and all of them worked hard and took care of the equipment as if they owned it themselves.They needed a break to re-enter the workforce and proved they were worth it.

 

Don't forget, Uber gave you a second chance!

 

That isn't what I asked you.and I quit uber they kept taking money out of my checks.I'll ask again,has there ever been a time you didn't forgive somebody?
