Have a '14 Cascadia with 13speed. My wife has a hard time shifting because with her seat position the stick is too far back. Is there a compatible shifter I can get that will have a bend putting it closer to the dash.

If you also want to extend it you could buy one of the extensions and bend it yourself , prob have to heat it up with a torch first though

2012 Cascadia and I have the same problem, how about the vibration and such through your steering wheel Have Michelins on front with balance rings and alignment as well as new Monroe shocks, my shoulders are killing me, My 9400 rode great , nothing felt through steering wheel is that just Cascadia , and is there a fix for that as well?

There is a box on the top right, search. I cannot tell you where it was at but there was a discussion about heating and bending shift levers. Although I thought it was a bad idea it appears many people have heated and bent shift levers with good results.
New young wife probably comes with a bag of snakes. Definitely get a taller one or you will have just bought the same problem you already have before you are bitten. Then you can get squeezed, constricted and pooped out if you are not careful.
The vibration you describe is not considered normal for any truck. Normally tires, regardless of brand, wheel or brake drum problem. Also lots of info on that which I do not know where exactly to search. Maybe have it checked out where you did not buy the tires.
Also read posts about some trucks that the steering wheel is offset from the seat and or the pedals. At the end of the day they were worn out because of it. I never noticed the offsets before I read about it.
I had a truck at one time that pulled to one side a little but I did not consider it excessive and it did not wear tires. Normally ran short but found if I ran long it was enough that my shoulders, neck and upper arms were killing me.
Just sharing some of my personnel experience and the fact that many others have shared and it is available in the search block. Not saying not to ask just that I find a lot of answers that way. If not found use different search terms.

I ran the new wife suggestion by her....don't think that will be feasible..i'm going with the extension idea.

Thanks for the tip, I spent about 20min looking thru posts to see if someone else already asked, but ran out of time. Never noticed the topic box.

We don't have the vibration problem you mentioned but it sounds like a bad tire.

Sorry to go off topic but can’t find answers anywhere lol is I got a 1997 freightliner FLD120 and when I shift back toward the sleeper it goes to far back would a straight shifter stick or a dual bend shifter stick help it shift more toward the dash??

There are all kind of shifter attachments that you can get from the chrome stop. You may be able to make one of those work or you may need to get something custom made. You just need to worry that you can have it too far forward or you run the risk of her smashing her fingers into the dash
