Every time I read a thread title like this I cringe, because I know what's coming next. Why do you guys INSIST on being snarky to every noob who is interested in doing better for themselves? How do you know he won't be the next successful fleet owner? Most of you think you are so witty and funny, posting a-hole comment after comment and yucking it up with each other stroking each other's ego to make you guys feel like your "elite" when half of you guys factor most of your loads because your really not the businessman you think you are, and do not have the ability to adapt your own business model to the ever changing transportation industry.

Every single one of you had to ask a mentor or someone for help. And if you didn't have one to ask, we all have ooida, or this website....but with guys like you, posters have to be weary of becoming the sites piñata if you ask questions.

I know some guys don't use the search like they should, or maybe some questions may be silly, but to that person it's not, and we should point him in the right direction, instead of mocking him.

Some of you may say your trying to save home from losing his ###, but it's up to him not you, and maybe after some helpful guidance he will make the proper decision.
