    ......just like Mack said, all it takes is a civil suit. Yes the lawyer goes after the carriers insurance, but also that woman could've got an attorney to find any dirt on you, your truck, or your permits. The cops would've drug tested you if there was a fatality. And her family would've gotten a wrongful death suit against you. That's what happened, and he's still paying.

    But you prolly already knew that because you and Val are so smart.

    I remember several log books,triple digit trucks and a pocket full of go fast pills!.....lol!!!

    While i choose NOT to get in a debate over whether or not do this or that with logs....What i will question is the fact that you say you have 24 years of service....I don't see any Credibility on that at all

    Why? Because a 24 year seasoned veteran doesn't talk or act like you are on this thread.....I could be wrong but my gut tells me differently. You sound like an attention seeking facebook YUPPIE,, No offense.
