Ok, figured it out. The toothpicks were soaked in an amphetamine solution used for jacking up horses for racing.

 

Heard about them. Started in '92. Never used one.

 

LOL... *smh* Reminds me of the old Donald Claps song... "Hey buddy, how do I get this car out of second gear?"

 

The guys who were overly fond of toothpicks are easy to spot... They ain't got many teeth left.

Once, It took a couple of days for them to slap my hand.
