The millenium generation think everything should be fair. These are the kids that got T-Ball trophies for showing up. Taught in school that everyone is a winner and test/exam results didn't matter as long as you did your best. They spend every cent they have, never save a dime for the rainy days. They need safety zones at college for protection against bad name calling. But most of all they don't think they should have to work or wait for anything. They live in an instant world filled with Facebook and twitter BS, always trying to be famous. They have no idea what a days hard work is, or that they must plan for the future. I blame the parents for all of it, wanting to be your kids friend is not parenting.
