1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Based in San Diego, CA. Looking for any type of driving job that can route me home once in awhile.

    Class A
    Doubles/Triples
    Tanker
    Hazmat

Perfect MVR, no violations, accidents or any other item on my record in last 10 years.

Overall about 4 years of Class A driving, although short recent experience. I left driving for a few years and came back.

Main experience is reefer, but also experienced in flatbed, lowboy, heavy equipment and of course dry van.

Comfortable with 10, 13, 15, 18 speed manuals and autos.

Last driving job didn't work out as the owner (independent) wanted me to run illegally, and I won't cook the books. He also couldn't pay me for weeks at a time, so I left.

Would like a stable, established company. W2 only. Comfortable with paper logs if necessary. I'm a safe and on-time driver. I don't want a DOT violation, and I'm looking for a company that also thinks the same way.

    Available immediately.

Since you have your hazmat tanker and double why not apply for a fuel company ?

All of the local fuel companies require more "recent" experience than I can provide. They require high time drivers.

Would you like to team with me (o/o)? I live in Los Angeles. It's gonna be about $1,000/week. New Cascadia, APU, clean and neat, easy schedule, electronic logs, and much more. Very good conditions, strong company. You'll like it. Need to be non-smoker. If interested, call (501) 538-5229. It's OTR but will go home once in a while.

    Hi,

My name is Abel and I'm an Owner Operator leased to Landstar. I'm looking for a driver to put into a truck I have available. Landstar is very stringent with their hiring process. I'm looking for a driver that has at least one year OTR within the last three years. I prefer someone with flatbed/Stepdeck/Heavy Haul experience, but can put truck to pull a dry van. Clean driving record and clean criminal history. We pull lots of military loads. The compensation is as follows:

Heavy Haul - 25% of the line haul plus 75% tarp 100% loading/unloading

Flatbed/stepdeck - 27% of the line haul plus 75% of tarp pay.

Dry van - $0.40/mile plus 100%loading/unloading If applicable.

This is an OTR position, although my goal is to keep the truck runing between Texas and California or there abouts. If you think this might work for you and you meet my qualifications please contact me via email, or phone to discuss this opportunity further. My contact info is listed below.
