Why are new drivers......

New drivers haven't learned how to use truckers path Android cell phone app to find out if the weight station is open or closed , then decide if they need to play cat and mouse by going around the weight station

 

Just think, other countries around the world are likely not in the same boat. What does that mean for us as a nation(s)?

 

I have family in the UK, the same problem exists there and probably does in most western countries.

You are very right driver. Some of us rookies (im 22 myself) are out here to change the way this industry is heading. Im a third generation driver and i hate what has been done to trucking. Students training students!?!?! Come on yall... Thats not just stupid, dumb, but DANGEROUS!! Respect eachother, uplift, and encourage. But above all HELP other drivers.

 

Or they mark it closed cuz they got the prepass

 

Where else would Bernie Sanders get support? Im 22, never got a handout, busted my ### for everything ive ever had. A lot of my generation is a disgrace, but there are some like myself who will hold their own and WORK to accomplish their goals.

I don't 100% blame kids today for their attitude. I think their parents are just as much the issue. My parents expected and made me do my chores and homework before I could play video games or go out with friends. They'd even take away my car keys (I 100% paid for the car) if I didn't or if I got lippy with them. I have some friends whose parents didn't crack the whip and most of them work minimum wage jobs or still live at home. The moment I graduated I was gone to the oil patch. I wanted the house and the brand new jacked up truck. I was on a mission to get it.
