Well I don't think its the equipment, its the maintenance of it that's lacking. In every trkstp the machines are to be cleaned with alcohol every shift. But I don't think in these terms, anyone does it at all.
Plus what I really hate is when and if you really do want to use one, theres some one on it watching a 20 training video or other non sense. I seen one kid reading his emails and replying back to them with people standing in line behind him wanting to use the kiosk.
Well the phone app would be nice if it worked, but so far I can't get a good enough pic w/my phone to send it in. The image always is too light and unreadable. Oh well...

Sounds more like the phone and phone settings than the app.
Are you using the flash?
Also, are you just looking at it on your phone screen? Or are you sending it to yourself so you can look at it in the proper resolution and such in a proper graphics program?
Getting it to work properly might not be just click and send. You may need to adjust certain settings to get the best results. -
Can anyone define the preplan codes like the dul and others
-
Well dul is driver unload u want to see n there lol .....what else u don't understand ?

Albuquerque, NM.
I waited in Kingman, AZ for over a day for a load. Finally one came in, and it was a repower.
The driver was out of hours on his 70 and they promised him a repower if he could get it picked up.
When he got to the Love's to trade trailers he only had 30 minutes left, and he didn't want to take a 34 at that Love's because there is nothing around there. We did a very quick swap and he headed to the J.
At the Flying J I had a 4G signal on my hotspot device, but when I got to the Love's for the repower - 6 miles away - it was down to 2G and unusable for the internet.
Earlier in the week I bought the WeBoost signal amplifier when I was at another place that had a weak signal.
I didn't get any better signal so I called tech support. It turns out that I need something metal to mount the external antenna to that is at least 3.5 inches in diameter. And it needs to be mounted vertically, so the door would not work.
When I got to Kingman I found a nice piece of metal to mount it to (magnetic base on the antenna), but I didn't need it at the J.
I tried it again when I got to the Love's, with the same result. I had it stuck to the hood with Velcro.
It was returned to Love's within the hour, for almost a full refund.
Almost because the state tax where I bought it was higher, so I lost about $10.
That was OK though. When I bought it I was told "No cash refund for this item", so either it was a different policy in the other state or the manager didn't realize.
I was just glad to get my money back. Those things are expensive. -
Brazil, IN. On my way to Casa Grande for Friday morning and then see what is in store. Nice way to start out the new pay week after being out sick almost 2 weeks. A nice 2k load by Friday. Even with screw ups, should at least get 3500 by the end of the pay week.

It's good to hear that you are feeling better, squeak.
I'm at Johnson's Corner in CO, about 35 miles from a 0700 live unload tomorrow morning.
Heavy winds all day from Albuquerque, and then some heavy snow between Castle Rock and Denver.
A strange little storm that NOAA totally missed.
It got to near blizzard conditions around E-470 on I-25, then cleared up completely (except for a little rain) by the time I passed I-70. That is only a 10 mile stretch.
But, that's Colorado for you. It can be clear and 70 degrees, and 1 hour later it is 25 and a blizzard.
Crazy weather out here.blsqueak Thanks this. -
Joplin, MO. Was going to Big Cabin, but finally had enough of these winds for the second day and then the rain. Tomorrow morning could be interested with this storm coming in. So happy that do not have to follow Swifts routing. Going 20 miles OOR and mostly staying on interstate. Swifts routing was I-70 to Topeka and then down 35 to US-54 and over, and then across I-40 to Santa Rosa and down again on 54 to Las Cruces and over. Was not taking a chance on 54 out of Santa Rosa this time of year

That load from Kingman, AZ to CO was almost entirely out of route - at least 800 miles of it.
It was the weekend, so I didn't bother calling for permission. ECT never gives it.
Going the Swift route I would have hit a snow storm on I-70, and I wanted to avoid that. The load HAD to get there on time, so I drove an extra hundred miles to stay on I-40 and I-25.
There was a bit of snow as I got to Denver, but not too bad.
I called my DM Monday morning to re-optimize my fuel because I was a bit low, and I told him that I was running out of route and why. No problem.
I got to my delivery at 0640 this morning, with a 0700 appointment.
I had to wait just inside the gate until around 0730 to finally be let through.
Just as the guard came up to let me through another guy that was with him spoke to me.
He said that I should NEVER show up there before 0700, that I should arrive between 0700 and 0800.
It is a big security issue, with Homeland Security running the show.
(I told him that if I showed up there after 0700 I would get a service failure for being late. He just got a blank look in his eyes.)
Well, now I know. No one told me and it wasn't in the notes - and it SHOULD be! If I get another load there with a 0700 delivery time I'll do a mac 22 to CMA being a few minutes later.
This place is a new solar power plant being installed. -
Then I picked up a load in Cheyenne, WY, to be t-called in Denver.
Got the next pplan and accepted it.
Then I went to weigh the load.
38,560 on the trailer tandems!
I called my DM and asked to be taken off the committed pplan because I had to go back to get the load adjusted.
No problem.
And when I got back there they reloaded it in record time. They got a second guy working on it for me.
It seems the first guy loading it put a single pallet up front, then stuck another single pallet in the middle.
Pushing everything up resulted in the drives and tandems being a nearly equal weight of 32.5 with the tandems being set for CA.
Now I'm on a load that is supposed to be my 'home time load'.
It makes me sit all of tomorrow to deliver on the 10th here in Denver, when my home time isn't supposed to start until at least the 11th.
I need to be here on Sunday when I can have a full day with my girls.
I'll be trying to get some little local loads to fill in the time so that I can start my home time to include Sunday off.
Sunday is the only day that everyone has off, and I promised the girls a trip to Boondocks.
