    Finishing up at the shop this morning and afterwards picking up steel in Birmingham destined for Dalton Minnesota with a stop in Hillsboro IL. $2209 on 1189 miles only tarped on last leg of trip.

    When you have work like that done, do you decide where to get it done or because it's being paid for out of the group's maintenance fund, does CRST Malone decide where to have the services, etc done? I understand you can't get a tool box for the trailer at a Speedco, so this may have affected the decision.

    Maintenance must be done at CRST shops during first period bumper to bumper maintenance like in under now, later in the lease I think I get more freedom. But if something breaks on the road they will pay for someone to fix it, rarely any questions asked.

    Hillsboro, il. Didn't think I'd ever see that on a fancy Internet forum. My hometown and class of 2000 HHS graduate. Nothing there but a half abandoned coal mine and state prison. Definitely in "gods country" there. Safe travels

    Wasn't able to get loaded today due to some technical issues with the load so I've been shooting dice at the nearest casino since about 6 central up $450 so far. Being paid layover and will see what happens Monday. Luckily my $2855 check today makes this a little more bearable.
