Every 15,000 when the oil gets changed.

Our company is running that "synthetic" oil in all the trucks now and they are doing oil changes at 25-30K and lube is done at the time of the oil change

That's Crazy!! Suspension's gonna break prematurely, -
I just let the dealer do all that except I'll grease the fifth wheel when it needs it.bbt_387 Thanks this.

Keep on doing what you are doing. Some will say it's overkill, but your front end will out last most. My dad greases his whole truck every weekend and his original kingpins lasted 1.9 million miles.

Grease is cheap. Parts are expensive.
I do mine at about every 6000-7500 miles. Halfway between oil changes which are in the 12000-15000 mile range. Also greased at oil changes.dunchues, Vampire, DDlighttruck and 4 others Thank this.
