Magnum ltd

Just wondering what should i truly expect from them, just finished school and submitted app to magnum, i live in kansas so not sure what kind of home time i would be looking at as well. Its between magnum, melton, boyd, crete, and roehl. I need to make a decision here next day or too so i can get to orientation by monday next week. Was at tmc in orientation but due to family emergency had to go home, so now that its over iam gonna move on to a different company. Not a big fan of snitching on other drivers and different things they expect u to do. So any information would be helpful on magnum as well as the other compaines
