No, riders want rides. Uber has expanded its area to include pasco county now. It only slows down between 10 am and 2 pm. Pretty steady the rest of the day.
Are there any Uber drivers here?

I did Uber when it was new, exciting and seemed like you could make good money. I got a car, a limo license and started doing it. It was busy at first and I was grossing over 400 on the evenings and worked driving 6-7 hours. Then Lyft came, they started to compete and uberx became so cheap, that people started using Uber black less and less. Now Uberx is so cheap, I think drivers make like $10 per hour, unless they drive in surge times.
If you are a female or small dude, picking up 4 young drunk males, you get a good chance to get harassed, if you are afraid of that, stop driving before midnight.
My best memory of Uber was two females passionately making out on the back seat. It was so hot and intense, that I almost caused an accident watching them in the rearview mirror.southtruck Thanks this. -
I usually stop driving before 10 pm but on the nights I stayed out I only had in incidence and it was not that bad. I picked up four USF linebackers and took them to the Hard rock. They were a little rowdy. Most times when you pick up a group they will
Be a little rowdy. I just joke with them a little and they think I'm the best uber driver ever. Never had a puker but had a couple pass out.
