I wonder how Schneider feels about having parts of their independent contractor contract posted online. Then again I'm just a trained steering wheel holder monkey
Changing again, the rules change but we're not told til after.

How I handle situations like that is, if the terms of the load I accepted are not met, IE load was supposed to be ready at 0800, but won't be ready until 1400, then I have them take me off, and they always do. I have no problems waiting a few hrs, but I won't wait a half a day for it. They're ok with it because they want me to keep moving too. That's the only time I'll void a load. Another example is if the receiver pushes the appt out another day or so. At that point I'll relay so I don't have to sit on it. I'd never cancel before even showing up to pick it because I found something else. That's just bad business on my end.

Just because some of us are not having all the problems as some.... Doesn't make us cheerleaders. I been here 5 yrs and the only change I see is attitudes.
centralmi, Opus, freightwipper and 2 others Thank this. -
What is your problem can't you see your an evil vile person! Schneider is an evil empire and we are all FORCED to work with them! We are not obligated to take any personal responsibility because it is not in the contract.

BigNate, scottlav46, CaptainDaveG and 3 others Thank this. -
not so good, I'm thinking.......particularly when the contract explicitly states that it is confidential. You're pretty sharp for a trained steering wheel holder, Rat. The other dude, not so much........

Let them file a suit.....
Shine some light into the black hole of lp leases......
Company driver or independent contractors . Etc -
don't need to......they can just cancel the contract and you're done, simple as that
-
Sounds like they are making changes to the new contract.

There's no confidentiality agreement between IC and SNI in the Operating Agreement.
freightwipper Thanks this.
